Dr. Bala is one of the best doctors I’ve had. She’s a great professional who takes her time answering all questions, gives you options, and makes sure all your doubts are cleared. Added to that is her sweetness and humanity, both are sometimes missing with other doctors. I felt safe having my procedure with her, and the follow-up appointment was just great. I highly recommend her. I also wanted to add that her front office personnel was also wonderful all along.

I saw Dr. Bala last month for a pre-procedure
Appointment and then she performed both an endoscope and colonoscopy for me. She helped me feel at ease and reported her findings quickly, knowing I was worried about the outcome. I will never see anyone else!

She is an amazing gastrologist and I highly recommend her to everyone. She was my gastro until my case became a little more complicated and I needed to go downtown to see another specialist. She still contacts me personally to check on me every so often, and is so caring and still making sure that I'm being taken care of. Once I have my gastro surgery, I do plan to return to her and do my health screenings. She will always be my OG Gastro🫶

Dr. Vanitha Bala has been my Dr. for many years. She specializes in Gastroenterology. Recently I had my third colonoscopy and second endoscopy with her..I hate the prep but I love her..She is kind, listens very well to your concerns..I feel like I am going to a friend..She is aggressive in your care and treatment. This trip for me was especially important..After a couple of biopsies she was able to determine that I needed further treatment and then a follow up. If she had not insisted on an endoscopy it could have been a not so good ending..I cannot wait to see her again and get my big hug and beautiful smile.
